Problems creating a volume from rotational angiography data

Hi everybody,

i haven’t found any way to obtain a 3D model from a rotational angiography:

 

I'm using 3D Slicer and, as you can see, the program can't reconstruct a 3D volume from a rotational angiography (RA).
Can you please suggest me any way to do that?

Unfortunately i have already tried, but the 3D buttons aren't available with my files... am i missing something?!

Hi Luigi,

Those scout type don't have 3d option in my datasets too. Though they have just 1 sice in mine. Cine option is available in your dataset, do you have more slices?

you have to have 3d volume datasets to make models out of rotational angio... try to copy several different types of files from one study and open them in 3d slicer and you will know what files to take for model making.

i had similar problem but had multiple files of same study and open them one by one and i know what types i have to have for rotational angio.
