  An excellent dataset, with 1,25mm slides and no contrast. Currently, I'm segmenting the soft tissues of the nasal cavity, which is quite symmetrical and somehow elongated, with gigantic processus uncinatus. I'm planning to model the soft tissues and the bones and then to upload the model at sketchfab for the medical students.

  I've printed this model many times, both in PLA and using stereolithography resin. The images below are an example using polished clear resin that the embodi3D service uses. Make sure to use adequate support for the fine structures inside the heart chamber and it should turn our great. If you don't want to print it yourself, you can order it printed through the embodi3D print service.

  Excelent segmentation on the tree structure and very detailed model! Thanks for sharing! I printed it in green TPU 95A and liked the result. Here are a couple of pictures. This will be used for education purposes.

  The generation of the lumen of the vessels is not a problem, the adventicia is. But the lumen is quite accurate - 1 voxel average deviation. The adventicia - depends on the presence of calcifications in it - which is quite often during AAA.

  you have to have 3d volume datasets to make models out of rotational angio... try to copy several different types of files from one study and open them in 3d slicer and you will know what files to take for model making. i had similar problem but had multiple files of same study and open them one by one and i know what types i have to have for rotational angio.

  Hello! I am a biomedical engineer that works in 3D modelling and printing for craniofacial implants and surgeries. We segment and print these models daily from individual DICOMs. Are you looking for just two separate scans of the mandible and skull? Or the printed model itself?
