The shoulder joint is a large and complex ball and socket joint formed by the humerus and the scapula (glenohumeral joint) while the clavicle join the acromion to form the acromioclavicular joint.
The shoulder joint is the most mobile joint in the human body on cost of instability. Lot of elements share to compensate the instability such as rotator cuff muscles, tendons and ligaments as well as the glenoid labrum. This CT scan represents the joint in abduction and shows parts of the related ribs. By Bruno Maranhao · PostedUnfortunately the airways on this file are only hollowed out in the trachea and left and right main bronchi, there is no ability to print this file and view the sub segmental bronchi bronchoscopically, which is a real shame given this cost $28. Additionally, the default units on this file are not mm which is a default unit for 3D printing. -

By Bottlewater · PostedI didn't find this mesh particularly useful. All of the bones are separate, but that's the only good point: the mesh is grainy & contains artifacts, and the model is missing five molars.

Does anyone know of an alternative site to convert dicom or nrrd to STL? -
I am trying to convert my NRRD file to STL via the instructions on embodi3d, however when I launch democratiz3d and add the file it only submits the NRRD as a post and never gives me options to convert to STL.

Because my research and learning are continuing… The point I’m curious about is related to a software; let me try to explain it step by step. 1. The person’s CBCT scan is being taken. 2. Region of interest is modeled via CBCT scan. 3. The defect area is being reconstructed. The reconstructed region is extracted in stl format. 4. The stl model is being given to the printer program to be sliced. Does any program in stage-3 do what I want to say? I put a picture at attachment. Thank you very much in advance Best regards -
