Is there any update on when the democraiz3D will be up and running again? Reading through the forums gives the impression that the project has been abandoned; if so, I would like a refund, please!

Yes, the democratiz3D service has been having a lot of trouble. It started when our ISP made a change that broke the entire application requiring a total redesign. This coincided with our having to move across the country and losing some staff in the process. We are making progress on the backend, but I can certainly arrange for a refund - no problem.
