qetie Posted August 1, 2018 Share Posted August 1, 2018 Hi, everyone! It is my first time trying to convert Tif to Nrrd to STL. I converted Tif to nrrd with the help of Fiji software. Unfortunately, I'm not able to proceed further because my File is 1.8 GB and maximum File size excepted by democratiz3D is 511 MB. Do you maybe have any ideas how can I compress or split Nrrd file to smaller files or upload larger file on democratiz3D. Thank you for your response! Dr. Mike Posted August 21, 2018 Share Posted August 21, 2018 That is a large file! I would recommend cropping the NRRD file to only the volume you need. Much of the size of an NRRD can be the air that is around the subject. You can use the Crop Volume tool in Slicer. This tutorial shows how.
