DIEGO GRINSPON Posted March 5, 2018 Share Posted March 5, 2018 AFTER OPENING MY DICOR FILES IN 3D SLICER AND SAVING THEM INTO JUST ONE NRRD FILE , THE FILE IS OVER 500 MB SIZE SO DEMCRATIZ3D CAN T WORK WITH THE FILE BECAUSE IT IS TOO BIG....WHAT CAN I DO ? Sometimes even cropping out the air around the body can reduce the size by 50% without losing any structure. Here is a tutorial that shows you how to use the Crop Volume function in Slicer.
