cannot download stl

I cannot download any of my stl files.  Tried everything I can think of.  Pop up doesn't come up.  Tried using Firefox and Internet explorer on 4 different systems including cell phone.  Popup blocker is disabled.  Even protected mode is disabled.  No popup or download at all.  Goes straight to "Did you know..." page.

What to do??

Ok, figured it out.  The youtube videos show a popup immediately after clicking download but now it goes to another page where the "Print it yourself" and download link is off the bottom of the screen.
