This 3D model represents a case of pleomorphic liposarcoma implicating the left thigh of a 63 years old male. The patient represented with lung metastasis and was treated by surgical excision follower by radiotherapy.

Liposarcomas are malignant neoplasms of fatty tissue and considered the second common type of soft tissue sarcoma. They are usually seen in adults between 40-60 years and rarely in younger age.
Their common location is the lower limb (up to 75% of cases) usually at thigh and to lesser extent in the retroperitoneum, groin and other body locations.
