For extrusion-based bioprinting, you should purchase Hyrel 3D System 30M with SDS extruder. You will be amazed how good is it, the price is really good too. There are tons of tutorials how to use it.

For DLP bioprinting, you can use the simplest Anycubic Photon. Of course, it will be much better to use higher class DLP printer, but this is how a scaffold with 0,2mm pores looks like (we printed it last month with Methacrylated Gelatine). The printing itself is not the issue. The issue is to populate the scaffold with cells and to keep them alive long enough. Honestly, I don't know how you'll do it without a cell biologist...
