Dicom folder with .enc files

Hi Guys,

 

 Just got 3 cd from my hospital with my ct scan data.

 

 When I open the Dicom folder its full of .enc file and not dcm files.

 

 I've done 1 disk at a time in Slicer and then saved the files, the options are;

.mrml

.mrb

 

 Also within the disk I see alot like user guide etc for GEARView, which looks like its for Windows, thing is I only have a Mac computer.

 Is there anything I can do and how to do so?
