Layering Models for COMSOL modeling

I'm new to the community so I hope that this is the right place to post my inquiry. I'm trying to do some heat transfer modeling on COMSOL and I'm looking for geometry (.stl) files that can be of use to me. The thing is, I'm trying to model a section of a spine, with muscle and ligament all layered on top of each other. Is there any way to do this? It's difficult to match a bone stl and a muscle stl because of all the options available. I hope I worded this alright. Thanks so much
