it's often challenging to find a 3D model suitable for both 3D printing and finite element simulation. Here's a solution for you. the model has been corrected and reshaped to be 3D printed. in addition, I've used this model to perform a compression test and the code worked without any problems.

- Know the spatial coordinates of your model so that you can easily impose boundary conditions for the simulation.
- You can use any software capable of displaying a coordinate system.
- for 3d printing, it's best to choose the most optimal position in the slicer before using the supports.
