About This File
This model was segmented using 3DSlicer from a reconstructed CT with an IV contrast agent and a slice thickness=2.50mm. The CT scan is from an 80 year old female, 62 inches in height and 135 pounds. The model is full size. The model includes the spine, ribs, pelvis, lungs, heart, aorta, liver, stomach, spleen, kidneys and intestines. The front of the stomach is flat because it was cut off during the CT scan. The STL file is probably not 3D printable because of the many voids. However, with 3DBuilder software (which is available on most PCs) the model can be enlarged, rotated and viewed in 3D. This mode is an excellent teaching resource. Scanfile:C/A/P
