File isn't in STL

Hi! I tried converting a CT into high quality 3D model. I got a notification that creating the model might take time. It had a download button there but the file that was downloaded was in NRRD, it's probably the one that I originally uploaded.

I never got a notification or an email that the model was created and the file isn't in STL format. Does anybody know why it didn't work? Maybe a lot of people are having problems right now?
