Isolating cartilage only from NRRD to stl

Hi,

I'm experimenting with ways to print bones/soft tissue from DICOM files, and was wondering if it were possible to create a .stl from the trachea (of a dog). To my knowledge you can only select NRRD to bone, NRRD to muscle or NRRD to skin operations using the democratiz3D app. In other words: Is it possible to separate cartilage from other bones/soft tissue using the app. Or does anyone know any other software that is able to? Tips & tricks are very welcome!

Kind regards,

Daan
