High fidelity bronchial tree

Hello all,

 

I am new on the forum and I am hopeping if there is some clever minds that can help me

 

I am trying to make at bronchial tree with trachea, vocal cords, epiglottis and the tongue for 3D-printing in a high quality and level of detail. 

 

Something like this in the link below, if its possible from a CT-scan with an ametuer's skills and knowledge?

My biggest challenge is the bronchial tree, to get it in a high enough quality. I am interested in the shape and getting the details when making the segmentation from the CT-scan. The colors are not important for my project since I will be 3D-printing it.

 

I have tried Using Osirix Lite but havent succeed, do you have any suggestions or knowledge on how to achieve this?
