Vascular Models?

I see on the democratiz3d splash page that it is supposed to do vascular models. When I go into democratiz3d; however, vascular model is not an option. It is bone, muscle, skin, etc. No selection for vascular.

 

Please advise.

You can use democratiz3D to segment a CTA using bone algorithms, but it will include the arteries and bone. If you only want bone, that will need to be removed in a mesh editing software like MeshMixer or Blender. At this time democratiz3D does not automatically extract only the vessels (and not bone) from a CTA. Hope this helps.
