".dicom" to ".stl" softwares

Besides Mimics and 3-matic, I would like to know if I have another option to convert ".dicom" to ".stl" for PC plataform. What about OsiriX for Mac plataform, is it a good software for professional work?

 

My needs, nowadays, are to print bones for surgical planning in orthopedic area. Is there another application

to use FFF and SLA printers with those softwares? I also read about odontology, veterinary and educational purposes.

Try 3D slicer, it is free and you have a lot of tutorials how to use it.

OsiriX costs and there is no version for PC :/

I just validated a trial license for Mimics and 3-matic today. I received a brief tutorial from Materialise and would like guidance from other tutorials (in videos or documents) to use it.
