alexandra Posted November 15, 2016 Share Posted November 15, 2016 I am looking for information or tutorials how to make a 3D printable bone model from an MRI scan. I understand that it is much easier to work with a CT scan, but I only have an MRI of my own spine. I have worked with the MRI scan in both 3D slicer and Seg 3D but it is difficult to segment just the spine. I will be glad for any tips or information. Thanks!
