@amir i need help. i made 3d model of a mandibula, so now, the next step is to make titanium graft as you did. so, for a past several days i am trying to figure out how to make graft with honeycomb pattern as yours in post before. did you make cad mesh with honeycomb pattern or is there another way?

i tried with shrinkwrap modifier and it doesn't look as good as yours...

Where did you print that titanum model, and what was the price?

Now that is the biggest obstacle I encountered. As titanium model for medical use requires special permits, i heard that only few laboratories in Europe have permit to print titanium models. I spoke to one profesor in Croatia who teaches materials in Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and who is also 3d printing enthusiast and who printed few models that were implanted in patient, and he told me that he has different aproach. He makes molds of desired model and then uses medical cement to make bone grafts because titanium is expencive and.
