The spine was segmented using 3DSlicer from a reconstructed CT chest scan without an IV contrast agent and a slice thickness=3.75mm. The CT scan is from an 80 year old female, 62 inches in height and 135 pounds. Two before the CT the patient had a compression fractures at L1 and T12. The kyphopasty procedure was performed to repair the fractures. The spine model also shows bones spurs that had developed two years later around the compression fractures. Scanfile:CTAC.
