About This File

This is a 3D printable holder for N95 masks as featured in the DIY UV sterilization box video below. This is the two mask holder. Click here for the one-mask holder. The mask holding segments are stackable and can be stacked up to 4 levels high. They are designed to fit a standard 3M healthcare N95 mask and grip it so it does not fall out. The backside of the holder is open to faciliate cleaning (such as with UV light) of the inside portion of the mask as well as the outside. This holder can be printed in 11 separate sections that are then easily assembled in about a minute or two. Assembly instructions are included with the download.

Printed whole set on an Ender 5 Plus, PLA, at 220F, .28mm layer height for speed. Print came out fine, but the A+B interface clip didn't size correctly and won't clip. I don't think that matters as it seems to hold a mask fine. Just a (very) minor note.

I believe that the PLA won't hold up well to UVC light, but at the minimal exposures it should receive I'm not that concerned.
