Three scans in different axes of a head. Trying to get them into a useful mesh of just the brain, minus the dura, and having trouble doing it in Aliza Dicom Viewer, and I don't have the time or skills to write custom Python to do it for me, nor do I want to spend a few hours manual selecting all the interesting bits, although I could do that.
