Im sort of lost doing this, I followed the tutorial but based on messing around in Slicer it looks like I had a normal 2d CT and not the 3d version? I really wanted to get a scale model of my chest 3d printed, to help show what its like to live with my condition. I mentioned the 3d CT to the Dr, before she wrote the prescription, and she thought it was a good idea, but I'm not sure that's what actually happened. Hope that makes sense.
