Avi
Hello to all - I have an .mxp file that was created in either 3Matic or Mimics (Materialise) that I would like to convert to .stl format. This is easily done in the software itself but I do not have the software, unfortunately. Can someone advise how I can convert this file into .stl or .obj? Many thanks! mattjohnson
It is unfortunate Materialise doesn't make it easy to convert from their file format without their software. This is one good reason to go with Open Source whenever possible. Have you tried any of the online converters? For example: http://www.meshconvert.com/

I believe .mxp is a 3-matic project file rather than a model file. I have 3Matic and can probably open it for you if it's something you can email.
